Nestled in the heart of Cold Spring, New York, this fitness and performing arts studio reimagines a former print shop as an elegant, multifunctional space. Designed with a focus on fluid movement, the open floorplan invites dancers and performers to move freely, while also accommodating a variety of programs, from dance and music to aerial acrobatics. The architecture captures the spirit of versatility and artistic expression, seamlessly blending form and function.

The space is defined by thoughtful details that elevate its serene atmosphere. New laminated ceiling beams provide essential structural support for aerial arts, while drawing the gaze upward in harmony with the performers. A soft palette of white oak and neutral tones cultivates calm, allowing the performers to take center stage. Even the service doors, clad in natural oak veneer, offer an understated elegance, delineating public and private areas with refined symmetry. The result is a venue where artistry and architecture converge effortlessly.
