Set on an estate originally crafted by renowned landscape architect Fletcher Steele, this meticulously updated carriage house merges timeless elegance with modern functionality. A new roof and seamless hallway now connect it to the main house, expanding the ground floor to include a music room, cozy den, and additional living space. Custom cabinetry with fluted detailing artfully houses the owner’s musical scores and artifacts, inspired by the original millwork.

Above, an arched colonnade links a newly built garage to the main house, while a gracefully curved terrace wall, part of Steele’s original design, offers a charming outdoor space for gatherings. Every detail, from the arched garage doors to the cupola is intended to harmonize with the estate’s historic character.
