Tucked away on one of Cold Spring’s most picturesque streets, this renovated home now offers an inviting outdoor retreat perfect for family gatherings and relaxation. By extending the original stone patio and incorporating a thoughtfully designed retaining wall, we created a versatile entertaining space under the dappled shade of a cedar pergola adorned with climbing vines. The natural beauty of cobblestone retaining walls and bluestone steps enhances the cottage-like charm of the property.

Inside, a custom-designed kitchen, completed in 2018, pays homage to the home’s 1920s heritage. Traditional detailing merges seamlessly with a refined palette of stone and shaker cabinetry, while new arched openings harmonize with the original architecture, echoing the timeless character felt throughout the home.

This Cold Spring home blends 1920s charm with modern elegance, evoking warmth and timeless character in a serene, cottage-like retreat.
