Built in 1899, this Garrison, New York cottage has been thoughtfully renovated for modern family living while preserving its historic charm. The new roofline was reimagined to accommodate space for three children’s bedrooms, each with unique touches of color and texture, bringing character and warmth to the upper level.

An elegant addition over a former outcropping now houses a primary suite, where sloped ceilings capture and reflect natural light. In the primary bath, a large picture window frames the surrounding landscape adjacent to the soaking tub, while natural oak details honor the home’s original floors, blending timeless craftsmanship with the owner’s refined taste.
